A: You can go to any electric bike store for brake adjustment or repair
Q: How to replace tires?

Q: How to transport your scooter with automobile?
A: We recommend that you trasport your scooter in vertical position. If you need to detach handle bar to fit the scooter into a car, make sure the wire is well protected. We are developing a hitch mounted carrying rack and it will be available in summer, 2021.
Q: My scooter has no power
A: Check if battery is charged. Check if battery cable is plugged in the battery compartment (make sure battery cable is plugged in the right direction). Check the on/off button on battery.
Q: Scooter is not easy to turn
A: This scooter has a special self-balancing feature. The standard rear tire has a flat profile with more surface contact area. To make the turn easier, the rider’s body should lean slightly into the turning direction. It is like controlling the balance in ski board and snowboard riding. For some riders who don’t like this feature, they can exchange the standard rear tire to a more rounded tire.
Q: What should I do if I lost my ID card?
A: Each scooter comes with two ID cards. If one is lost, you can order extra ID cards as backup. If you lost both, you will need to send the display back for Re-key.
